Our Eyewear Warranty
Fisherman Favorites Eyewear products are warranted upon arrival against manufacturer defects in material and workmanship. The warranty is only valid with proof of purchase.
What Is Covered by Warranty (Upon Arrival)
- Delamination and/or peeling of sun lens coating
- Bubbles or imperfections in lens coating
- Premature flaking
- Deterioration of frame coating
What Is Not Covered by Warranty (Upon Arrival)
- Normal wear and tear (scratches or pit marks on sun lenses)
- Any damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use, or storage of the product
- Damage caused by chemicals (hair spray, cologne, window cleaner, alcohol, etc.)
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Loss of eyewear
- Installation of new lenses
Lifetime Warranty (After Arrival)
We are proud to offer a lifetime warranty for all our sunglasses, covering any cause of damage, including accidents, wear and tear, or misuse. Under this warranty:
Customers are eligible to request a replacement for any reason at any time after the initial warranty period. However, a 60% replacement fee of the original purchase price will apply.
For example:
If your total purchase price was $39.95, you will pay $23.97 (60% of $39.95) to receive a replacement pair of sunglasses.
This lifetime warranty covers all causes of damage, such as:
- Accidental damage
- Wear and tear
- Misuse
- Any other damage not covered by the initial warranty.
- The free pair received in a Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotion is not eligible for the lifetime warranty.
How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement under the Lifetime Warranty, please contact our customer support team at support@fishermanfavorites. You will need to provide proof of purchase, and upon approval, pay 60% of the original purchase price for the replacement. Shipping fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
All warranty claims are subject to case-by-case evaluation.
